      I recently injured my shoulder cuff and upper spine erector by doing some benching (basically I was on a high frequency power routine and got a bit to ambitious with the weight and work to failure one to many times) do you have any suggestions for my upper spine?

      @slash3rr Shoulder, i injured it in a rugby match; its been about one year since; the clicking and scraping sensation has died down a bit as i have been doing stretching and exercises; i don’t believe the doctor that it is tendonitis since the injury occurred in a very short period of time; more like a minor rotator cuff tear.

      Amazing! I had a sharp, nagging pain in my right shoulder since 2009…I attempted to stretch it, but to n avail…I found this video last week. And, I am glad to say, after just 1 week of doing these simple exercises, months of shoulder pain have ceased!

      do this shoulder exercise every day in hopes that it will relieve the pain so I can begin lifting again. I’ll let everyone know of my progress within the next month. Hopefully I’ll be back to building soon.

      I’m relatively new to bodybuilding. I started into about a year ago. I was uninformed about it so I was lifting far more than I should have.. almost every day. I was mostly curling dumbbells. About 5 months ago I noticed stiffness and pain in my shoulders.. feeling the worst when I awoke in the morning. I took time off of the weights to let the muscles heal to no avail. However, I’ve done the exercises demonstrated here and felt instantaneous relief. Highly recommended! I intend to continue to
